Refund policy

At BYARA, we take pride in the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. Due to the unique nature of our growing business, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless a product is found to have a manufacturing defect

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at yara@byara.shop within 10 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the process and assist with a replacement or refund as needed.

Please note that to process a return or refund, we may require photos or other documentation to verify the defect. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item, and any associated return shipping costs will be covered by us.
